Behavioral Health Works in Montebello, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home and community ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, tracking progress and communicating with families.

This part-time role offers 10–15 hours weekly, after 3 PM availability, travel to client sessions, and access to voluntary benefits and tuition reduction. Candidates may have 60 college credits, 6 months of relevant experience, or an RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT Certification.
• Must meet a minimum availability of 3 days per week for at least 10 hours per week, with availability after 3 PM to accommodate client and family scheduling needs.
• You’ll need reliable transportation and must be comfortable driving to client sessions.
• Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data.
