ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics and communities across New Castle, DE. The position offers starting hourly pay with paid training, and a clear path to RBT certification through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

We value people-first care and measurable outcomes. The role requires a high school diploma, flexible availability, reliable transportation and the ability to complete background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Availability in afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be 21+ with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and ABA therapy in various settings.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, staff and families and participate in meetings.
