Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle / Dover, DE is hiring a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver ABA therapy. RBT starts at $23.50/hour; BT starts at $21.25/hour, final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy. Roles include direct client support in homes, schools, or clinics; collaborate with BCBAs; participate in ongoing training;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
