Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle, DE is hiring behavioral technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities or clinics. Starting rates: RBT $23.50/hour, BT $21.25/hour, with final compensation determined by experience, training and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support; deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain session data; collaborate with BCBAs and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
