ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics across New Castle / Dover, DE. The role includes direct client support, implementing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and ongoing data collection to ensure quality outcomes.

Starting pay for BT is $21.25/hour, with paid training and opportunities for mentorship and advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
