Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) to join our Delaware team. This full-time role delivers ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics and supports families with progress tracking and data collection.

The role includes paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a path toward RBT certification with mentorship and supervision. Competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
