Tier1usa is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children at Soar Autism Center in Silver Spring, Maryland. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within the first 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by expert Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families, updating them on their child's progress.
