Job summary

Soar Autism Center is hiring a Behavior Technician in Silver Spring, MD, to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6. Responsibilities include implementing ABA intervention plans and maintaining relationships with families. Applicants should have a high school diploma and a strong preference for relevant degrees. The position offers $21.50 – $28.50/hour, student loan repayment benefits, and a collaborative environment. RBT training will be provided, and a minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks of employment.
• Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with them.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
