Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in Ashburn, Virginia.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, help clients build life, communication, and social skills, and track progress. The schedule is Monday–Friday 3:00pm–7:00pm with in-person sessions.

Qualified candidates may have RBT certification, experience with children or individuals with needs, and knowledge of HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As a BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Collect and record accurate session data

• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
