Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Manassas, VA to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on one-on-one client support, data collection, and progress tracking in a structured setting.

The ideal candidate has an RBT certification (preferred) and experience with children or individuals with special needs, with HIPAA confidentiality compliance.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
