Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) in Purcellville, VA. You will work one-on-one with clients under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy and track progress.

Responsibilities include data collection, applying treatment plans, and helping develop communication and social skills in a structured setting. HIPAA compliance and prior experience with children or special needs are valued.

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (preferred)
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Location: In-person - Purcellville, Virginia

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About The Role

As a BT/RBT, you'll provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.
