Job summary

Empower ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Burlington, NC. This role involves working one-on-one with clients to implement ABA therapy under supervision, collect session data, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured setting.

You will work scheduled hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM, in-person, with competitive pay and opportunities for BCBA/BCaBA supervision

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification required.
• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision and document progress.
• Collect and record accurate session data for progress tracking.
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision related to ABA.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education

Qualifications

• Current RBT Certification (required)

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
• A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
