Job summary

Elevate Behavioral Healthcare, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley, CA. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients develop essential life, communication, and social skills.

The role is part-time (less than 30 hours/week) with a consistent daytime schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM-8:00 PM) and competitive pay of $25-$29 per

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices required.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs preferred.
• Background in psychology, special education, or a related field beneficial.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

About the Role

As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
