Astra ABA in North Carolina is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team of ABA therapists. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help children develop communication, social, play, and adaptive skills.

You will collect daily data, complete SOAP notes, and communicate clearly with BCBAs and families while upholding HIPAA and BACB ethics.

• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and NET.
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Hours: Monday-Saturday 3-6 pm (weekend negotiable)

• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.

Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
