Job summary

TheraTree in Owensboro, Kentucky is seeking a Behavior Technician to help create meaningful change for children through Applied Behavior Analysis. This role involves working directly with clients, managing behavior challenges, and collecting data to showcase individual progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 40 hour minimum RBT training must be completed.
• CPR & First Aid certification is necessary.
• Must pass a background check and hold a valid driver's license.
• Written and verbal communication skills to connect with kids, families, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work face-to-face with clients to shape behavior into breakthroughs.
• Engage in supervision with Behavior Analysts to evolve and grow your impact.
• Collect data that illustrates clients' progress.
• Lead projects and empower interns and volunteers.
• Be an ambassador for ABA in educating families and communities.
