Surpass Behavioral Health in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy with guidance from a BCBA, delivering personalized treatment plans to children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required; related degrees are a plus.
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days with provided training.
• Experience with autism is helpful but not required; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA principles.
• Manage challenging behaviors in a safe, supportive environment.
• Collaborate with BCBA to update caregivers on progress.
• Complete session notes and timesheets, record data on behaviors.
• Utilize engaging materials to motivate learners.
