Job summary

A pediatric therapy clinic is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst to deliver data-driven ABA services. The role involves assessing children's needs, designing Plans of Care, and leading a team of therapists. Ideal candidates will be graduates of accredited ABA programs, preferably hold BCBA credentials, and possess a valid license in Kentucky. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) University program or equivalent coursework.
• BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred.
• Licensed or license‑eligible as a Behavior Analyst in Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Deliver powerful, data-driven ABA services to ignite change.
• Conduct insightful screenings and evaluations.
• Design Plans of Care that serve as roadmaps for progress.
• Design care plans that map progress and independence.
• Lead and mentor the ABA team including BCaBAs and RBTs.
• Guide families with knowledge, empathy, and practical tools.
• Track progress to celebrate milestones and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a team that treats the whole child, not just behavior.
• Choose outpatient settings in Owensboro, Henderson, or telehealth.

What You'll Do

• Administer and interpret standardized assessments to identify behavioral deficits.
• Design Plans of Care that become roadmaps for progress and independence.
• Lead and mentor your ABA team of BCaBAs and RBTs, because leadership is part of the therapy.
• Guide families with knowledge, empathy, and tools they can use daily.
• Track and assess progress that leads to meaningful success and celebrated milestones.
• Work side-by-side with a team that sees the whole child, not just the behavior.
• Choose from outpatient settings in Owensboro, Henderson, or telehealth delivery.

We Want You If…

• A graduate of an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) University program or equivalent coursework.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred — or currently eligible to begin fieldwork. Fieldwork trainees are encouraged to apply — supervision is paid and provided at no cost to you.
• Licensed or license‑eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Kentucky.
• Able to balance efficiency with clinical effectiveness in documentation, treatment, and supervision.
