TheraTree in Owensboro, Kentucky is seeking a Behavior Technician to help create meaningful change for children through Applied Behavior Analysis. This role involves working directly with clients, managing behavior challenges, and collecting data to showcase individual progress.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 40 hour minimum RBT training.
• Skill competency check off from supervisor.
• Passes national board exam and registration obtained from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• CPR & First Aid certification.
• Pass background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Individuals who enjoy working with children and being actively engaged.
• People who are reliable, patient, and willing to learn.
• Written and verbal communication skills to connect with kids, families, and teams like a boss.
• You thrive where others tap out — in active environments, with kiddos in motion and hearts in your hands.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a degree in Behavioral Health, Psych, Early Ed, or Special Ed — but your experience speaks volumes too.
