Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy seeks a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized ABA therapy plans and support children with autism. You will work in both in-home and clinic settings, delivering one-on-one interventions under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training is required.
• Active RBT certification is preferred or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans developed by a BCBA.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based interventions for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress.
