Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Nashua, NH. Starting pay is $22.60/hour for BTs and $24.80/hour for RBTs, with paid training and pathways to advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, teaching communication and daily living skills, and maintaining session data while coordinating with families and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
