ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision, helping clients improve communication and daily living skills.

Nashua, NH-based role with starting pay of $22.60/hour for BTs and $24.80/hour for RBTs, final compensation based on experience plus training and education; includes paid training and clear career advancement paths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
