Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Rochester, NH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. This full-time role delivers ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics under BCBA supervision and includes paid training and career advancement.

Starting pay is $19.35/hour for BTs and $21.40/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics.
• Ability to collect and summarize session data accurately.
• Strong collaboration with BCBAs, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
