Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics in the Salem, NH area. Roles require evening availability and potential weekend shifts; starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with compensation finalized by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
