Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Nashua, NH is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and team members.

Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and certification support. Starting pay is $22.60/hour for BTs and $24.80/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Track progress, document data, and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
