Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Marshfield, MA is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time roles. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

You will deliver in-home, school, and community ABA therapy, teach communication and daily living skills, and document progress under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields; prior ABA exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; collect and document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
