ABA Centers of America is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or RBT to join our Charlestown, MA team. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy, tracking progress, and supporting families under BCBA supervision.

Training and advancement opportunities are provided, with pathways through our ABA Academy of Excellence. Starting hourly rates apply: BTs $22.25 and RBTs $24.60, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays as stated.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy for sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team trainings.
