Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Marshfield, MA. Start rates are $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs. Final compensation depends on experience, training, and education.

Provides paid training, mentorship, and a pathway to RBT certification under BACB guidelines. Role involves direct client support across homes, schools, and clinics, with opportunities for career advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence and structured growth toward

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
