Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Marshfield, MA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Starting rate is $22.25/hour for BTs, with $24.60/hour for certified RBTs; final compensation depends on experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement through our ABA Academy of Excellence and RBT exam prep.

Qualifications

• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
