Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in the Boston area. The role includes delivering ABA therapy in various settings, supporting families, and tracking progress under BCBA supervision.

Paid training and a clear growth path are provided. Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
