Job summary

ABA Pathways LLC is seeking compassionate individuals for Behavior Technician roles to help children and teens with autism build essential life skills. You will deliver therapy under a BCBA’s guidance, using play-based teaching and positive reinforcement in clinic, home, or community settings.

No experience? Paid training is provided to become a qualified Behavior Technician, with ongoing professional development and growth opportunities within our supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Requires ability to work with children and individuals with autism.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Must pass background check and TB test.
Valid driver’s license or state ID and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
Use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to develop skills.
Collect and track progress data accurately.
Collaborate with supervisor and team to support goals.
Build trusting relationships with children and families.
Complete session notes and administrative tasks on time.
