Job summary

ABA Pathways LLC seeks dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work with children and teens on the autism spectrum, delivering evidence-based sessions in clinic, home, or community settings.

Training is provided to become a qualified Behavior Technician, and you will grow with ongoing support and development. Ideal candidates are kind, patient, reliable, and able to collaborate with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills.
• Collect and track progress data with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to support each child’s goals.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
• Complete session notes and other administrative tasks on time.
