Job summary

ABA Pathways LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to become Behavior Technicians. No experience required as paid training is provided to qualify you as a Behavior Technician.

You will work with children with autism across clinic, home, and community settings, building essential life skills with patient, creative, and joyful approaches. Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Ability to pass a background check and TB test.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• RBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Experience with ABA or education field preferred

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement and play-based teaching to help children learn new skills.
• Collect and track progress data with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to support each child’s goals.
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with children, families, and teammates.
• Complete session notes and other administrative tasks on time.
