Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is hiring Part-Time Behavior Technicians in North Canaan, CT. You will deliver ABA therapy, support families, and work under BCBA supervision. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within a rapidly growing ABA practice.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and be available afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license and insurance, plus the ability to pass background checks, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy or support services to clients in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Assist with teaching communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of sessions.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
