Job summary

BlueSprig’s Florida Autism Center is hiring Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings. You will help children build communication, social and self-help skills while working one-on-one or in small groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training.
• Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors.
• Attend trainings and meetings for professional development.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality.
