BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism in center-based and home-based settings. We offer paid training, company-paid RBT certification, and mentorship to help you grow professionally.

Positions are full-time with daytime schedules, opportunities for additional Saturdays, and a clear RBT career ladder with pay increases at each level. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
