Ruby ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach essential life skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; we provide full training, paid training, RBT certification reimbursement, flexible schedule, and ongoing support as you grow with us in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for working with children.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain.
• No ABA experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA with structured training and ongoing support.
