Ruby ABA LLC in Cincinnati, OH is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to join our clinician-led ABA therapy team. We offer part-time and full-time roles with a competitive hourly rate of $18–$23, paid training, and ongoing support under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification preferred; willingness to obtain acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Work under BCBA supervision with structured training and ongoing support
