Ruby ABA is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our Cincinnati team. You will implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, across clinics, homes, and schools.

The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities with pay from $18 to $23 per hour, plus professional development in a supportive clinical setting. No ABA experience is required—we provide comprehensive training, ongoing supervision, and a clear path

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Passion for working with children!
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required (or willingness to obtain).
• No prior ABA experience is required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA with structured training and ongoing support.
