Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role involves delivering ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, teaching communication and daily living skills, and following treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

You will collect session data and collaborate with families and BCBAs to ensure progress. Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, 1 year experience with children/healthcare, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, healthcare, or related field in NJ.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
