ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Mount Laurel, NJ. The BT role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT certification, with supervision and progression opportunities.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training, and credentials. We foster growth through the ABA Academy and support for BACB certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 with 1 year experience with children/healthcare/related field.

Responsabilités

• Provide ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Deliver direct client support and teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Support operations with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.
