Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for full-time work in Mount Laurel, NJ. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, with opportunities to advance through the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs, with higher rates for RBTs. Final compensation depends on experience, training, and credentials. We support growth and a commitment to high-quality ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Driver’s license and valid auto insurance required.
• Able to pass background checks and drug screening.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with at least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and support to clients in homes, schools, or clinics.
• Deliver and track progress on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
