Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey, LLC seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time role in Mount Laurel, NJ.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.
• Available during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
