Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time role in the Wellesley, MA area. You will provide ABA therapy in various settings, support families, and help implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Starting pay for BTs is $22.25/hour, with potential career growth including RBT pathways and paid training. A structured mentorship and opportunities to advance within the ABA Academy of Excellence are offered.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and/or ride-alongs as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as required.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
