Job summary

ICBD is expanding its ABA therapy team and seeking qualified RBTs and BTs to deliver services across homes, schools, and clinics. The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement within ABA Centers of America.

New hires receive paid training, support through the ABA Academy, and opportunities to pursue further credentials. Our program emphasizes growth, quality care, and supporting families of individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
• Preferred: experience working with children or adolescents.
• Preferred: prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
