Job summary

ICBD is seeking Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. Roles include BT and RBT with paid training, supervision, and a clear path for certification. Training is available and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience and education. Availability includes Mondays through Fridays after 2 PM and potential Saturdays, with full-time growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
