Join as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 40-hour paid training, hands‑on supervision, and a clear path for advancement to Level 2 and 3, plus benefits such as paid RBT training and a 21‑day PTO plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
• Experience working with children or adolescents.
• Prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
