Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to join our Bedford area teams. The role delivers in-home, school, and clinic ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, teaching communication and daily living skills while tracking progress and maintaining data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
