Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Mankato, MN is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work full-time 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, delivering ABA-based interventions, engaging with children, and documenting progress as part of individualized treatment plans.

No prior experience is required, and you will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference in daily activities

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
• Experience with children with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage and play with learners while delivering ABA targets.
• Document progress and update client records per treatment plan.
• Support development of communication and independence in daily activities.
• Conduct structured 1:1 client sessions; no group billing.
