Job summary

Galliant is hiring entry-level team members to provide compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at our Gretna clinic. No ABA experience required—we provide 100% paid training and certification, plus a competitive starting pay of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Run individualized procedures designed to help children build functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections.

• Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Champion neurodiversity acceptance and compassionate care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic environment.

• Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to collect real-time session data and draft clear, objective daily progress notes.

• Education & Prerequisites: High school diploma, GED, or higher.

• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation for daily commute to the Gretna clinic.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to engage children at eye level and maintain strict safety protocols.
