Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA support in home-based or community-based settings, partnering with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement behavior plans.

You will help clients improve social and communication skills and document progress after each session. The role requires at least a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and either college coursework in psychology/education or 1+ year experience with children in related roles.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Passion for working with individuals with special needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or similar needs.
• Help individuals build social and communication skills.
• Follow behavior-change plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Collect and document progress and session information accurately.
